A history of distinction.
The Conner family has been building homes and neighborhoods in the Northwest since 1959. Over that time, we have built nearly 5,000 homes, including single-family homes, condominiums and apartments. Home prices range from very affordable to exclusive and expensive. Regardless of price, every Conner home has much in common: extensive pre-planning, market research, meticulous field supervision, exacting attention to detail, careful cost control and superior after-sale service.
Energy conservation and affordable housing are important issues for today's homebuyers. In planning a new Conner home, our team carefully analyzes the highest and best use of many different materials, construction techniques and overall design.
Building a Conner home requires a team of professionals. Architects, engineers and other skilled consultants assist Charlie Conner and our dedicated staff. Together, we have created an impressive portfolio of successful neighborhoods.
Charlie Conner, Owner and President
Charlie Conner started working in the summers at age 13 for his father Bill Conner's companies as a construction laborer. After receiving a finance degree from the University of Washington, Charlie joined full-time, working in all areas of the business, and purchased the company from his father in 2000. He is also President of The Conner Group, a brokerage firm dedicated to selling Conner homes and neighborhoods.
Charlie is a Past President of the Issaquah Schools Foundation and Master Builders Association of King and Snohomish Counties.
Charlie believes in the democratic process and encourages civic involvement in his employees. He supports the Evergreen Freedom Foundation and the Pacific Legal Foundation in the fight to preserve private property rights and keep housing available to the market.
Bill Conner, Founder, Conner Development Company

Bill retired in 1997.
The Conner companies built homes, apartments and condominiums, and rehabilitated historic hotels. The company was the pioneer of the "Zero Lot Line" concept in the Seattle area, and received numerous environmental, design and marketing awards.
