How it works:
- Refer a friend or family.
- Ensure the person you are referring let’s us know on their initial visit that you sent them our way.
- As soon as your referral closes, claim your reward!
Fourth Referral: "Your Choice" Vacation!
Pick the destination that suits you best: Hawaii, California Wine Country, or Disneyland
Third Referral: $1,000
Second Referral: $750

*Referral rewards are only granted upon final closing of a new property for Purchase and Sale Agreements dated 10/31/10 and beyond. The referring party must be a current owner of a Conner Home and must be acknowledged by the buyer at the time of submittal of the Purchase and Sale Agreement. This promotion may expire without prior notice or obligation. The "Your Choice" vacation package is valued at $2,500 for airfare and hotel only. No cash equivalent is available.
