Announcing our new senior vice president of land acquisition

Conner Homes has a new senior vice president of land acquisition, Ty Pendergraft. In his Senior Vice President role, Pendergraft will focus his efforts on identifying viable land for Conner Homes to continue building communities, taking into consideration size, shape, location and building difficulty. Acquired land will then be used to develop Conner Homes communities throughout the Puget Sound region, ranging from small infill projects to 200+ lot plats, with home types ranging from two- to three-bedroom townhomes to large single-family detached homes.

“Real estate supply in the Northwest can present challenges due to physical encumbrances and state land use planning,” said Pendergraft. “However, there are exciting real estate possibilities in our near future.”

Prior to joining Conner Homes, Pendergraft spent years building relationships with various builders and developers in the region. He began his career in land acquisition at a regional builder, honing a raw-land approach to procurement which helped shape the future of his career. This exposure to the homebuilding process gave Pendergraft a well-rounded appreciation for the entire life cycle of residential development in the Northwest.
