Our next home to be completed will be in May of this year. We have learned that to deliver the best possible customer experience, we will release homes for sale approximately 60 days prior to their expected completion date. (This could change due to weather, COVID, supply chain constraints, and other factors.) Each week we will try to provide an update on the construction of homes in process, and you can visit our interactive site map for information on homesites and estimated completion dates.
The first two homes to be completed will be our Residence 7 plan on homesite 211 and our Residence 6 plan on homesite 219. Both homes will feature immaculate white cabinetry throughout, a utility room that includes ample storage and a sink, a Master Bathroom Retreat with a freestanding soaking tub and a beautiful sliding glass wall on the main level that opens and invites you to your Covered Outdoor Living Space with a Gas BBQ Stub for easy hook-up for a Natural Gas BBQ.
Residence 7 on homesite 211 is west-facing and is just about through roof completion.
Residence 6 on homesite 219 is East facing and just getting ready for first-floor framing!
Residence 5 on Homesite 210 has an estimated completion near the end of May! We are loving these sun shining days as we begin framing the 1st floor framing this week into next!

HOME RELEASES, OFFER, AND REVIEW PROCESS
1. At approximately 60 days prior to the next home’s completion date, we will update our website with pricing information and timing. If the home available is one you are interested in purchasing, please complete and email our One-Page Offer Sheet along with your lender approval letter by the review date HERE. If you are being represented by a registered Agent, the offer sheet must be completed and submitted by your Agent. It is in your best interest to already have a pre-approval letter from one of our trusted lenders.
2. Upon Review Date: we will select the highest and best offer (no escalation clauses please) and you will be contacted within 24 hours by one of our Sales Representatives.
3. If your offer is accepted, please be prepared to deposit earnest money in the amount of $50,000 if using one of our trusted lenders and $100,000 if you are using an outside lender within 48 hours of Mutual Acceptance.
