Construction Update 4.24.20

Hello all – we are very pleased that governor Jay Inslee announced that some residential construction will reopen. We look forward to getting our projects back underway and will be taking the utmost precautions to ensure the safety of our team and the community in general. Conner Homes Update 3.26.20

Per the Governor’s new order, Conner Homes has ceased our ongoing construction operations effective immediately until May 4th, 2020, with the exception of performing basic operations to protect the value of the homes in process, and to keep the premises secure and safe. Again, we urge everyone to stay home and stay healthy. We will continue our online sales program to provide a safe and easy way for new home purchases.

Coronavirus Update 3.24.20

As we continue to learn new information about our current environment, we urge everyone to stay indoors and reach out to us via live chat, email and telephone.  We are open for sale – only in a safer, virtual way to stay connected without being together in person.   We will continue to monitor operations based on state and local municipal guidelines to determine when we will have our model homes and sales offices back open and available for viewing.  In the interim, take advantage of our new innovative online sales program.  We’ve even included a Buyer Bonus for extra savings along with our already compelling home prices and historical low interest rates.  Click here to learn more.

Again, the safety of our homeowners, our customers, our visitors and our tradespeople are our top priority.

Stay home.  Stay connected.  Stay safe.

Coronavirus Update

To our customers and visitors –

In light of the current environment, we urge everyone to reach out to us via live chat, email and telephone rather than visiting our sales centers.

If you do need to visit our communities, we ask that you only do so by using all precautions currently being recommended by the CDC, as we at Conner Homes are doing as well:

  • Keep hands washed and cleaned.
  • Keep a 6’ distance from others.
  • Keep high-touch areas wiped down as often as possible.
  • Most importantly, if you have any kind of flu-like symptoms, we urge you to stay home.

Again, we will be available to assist you via email, live chat and telephone as much as possible and look forward to providing you information electronically to help you make informed home buying choices.

Thank you for your help in being prudent about our practices surrounding our community’s health and safety.

They raise money, gather and wrap gifts, then hand distribute the gifts and food to families in need on Christmas Eve via dozens of groups of Santas and elves.

Tis the season of giving!

Conner Homes will be participating in a food drive on November 15 – December 31 to benefit Northwest Harvest. If you have any non-perishable food items please drop off at any of our Conner Homes sales offices. Every donation will be matched! Also, ENTER for a chance to WIN $150 Fred Meyer Gift Card!
