THE CONNER Difference
We're a Local Builder
Conner Homes has been building quality new homes for over 65 years throughout the Seattle area. Because we are locally owned and operated, we know the land, climate, and Pacific Northwest lifestyle and use that knowledge when planning new home communities. Simply put, we have the flexibility to select unique community locations that national builders can’t. It’s core to our brand.
Conner Homes also has long standing partnerships with local vendors and suppliers. National builders don’t have the flexibility that we enjoy because their headquarters in other states often make supplier decisions. We answer to Main Street, not Wall Street, and it makes a difference.

Thoughtful Extra Details
When you visit a Conner Homes new home community, you’ll experience exceptionally well-designed homes. The quality, fit, and finish are just better and customers notice it. One important difference is the number of oversized windows we include to maximize natural light. During a gloomy winter day, you’ll appreciate our windows! But The Conner Difference is much more than windows. For example, we design floor plans to maximize flexibility and space and take advantage of the unique attributes of each community. To make certain we have things right, we walk each floor plan at the framing stage to make adjustments that accentuate the design. You also won’t see “cookie cutter” homes painted the same color at our new home communities. Details matter at Conner Homes.

Construction Done Differently
A new home contains thousands of parts, making it one of the most difficult products to build. To be successful, a builder must implement carefully designed processes and select suppliers that adhere to them. Over the past 65 years, Conner Homes has refined how we build homes by employing a comprehensive multi-step inspection process that ensures our homes are built to our high standards. Here are a few examples of what we do differently.
- Front porches have integrated foundations to prevent separation and settling.
- Attics and crawlspaces have added ventilation or drainage.
- Welded corner flashings create a more waterproof assembly where the roof and siding meet.
- We double-wrap corners with moisture barrier material that creates a more water resistant barrier behind the siding.
- We hire third-party construction experts to audit, inspect, and provide process improvement suggestions at each of our communities.

Superior Customer Experience
When you purchase a Conner Home, you won’t become a number. Our sales representatives and construction managers will be your resource team throughout the purchase process, providing regular communications that are transparent and honest. Once you move into your new home, a detailed in-person orientation will occur that includes a follow-up video on how to maintain your home’s systems. Because listening to customers is important to everyone at Conner Homes, we’ll ask for your feedback even after you have been in your home for a year. At that time, we’ll also perform a thorough inspection and warranty check-in.
If your home needs warranty service under our 1 Year/2 Year/10 Year tiered warranty, our Customer Care team is local. You won’t ever contact an out-of-state call center and wait weeks for a response.
At Conner Homes, we strive to constantly improve our homes and processes. See for yourself what our customers say by visiting any of our Google community profiles.
