Michael has been actively involved in the residential real estate market in the Puget Sound since 1993. He holds a planning degree from Iowa State University. He has worked for Quadrant Homes, Richmond American Homes and DR Horton leading the land acquisition department for those companies. Michael joined Conner Homes in November of 2015 and became the President in 2019, continuing the legacy of Bill and Charlie Conner.
Charlie Conner started working for his father in the summer of 1968 at the age of 13 as a construction laborer. He graduated from The University of Washington with a finance degree and started Chateau Development in 1988. In 2000, Charlie took control of Conner Homes and continued his father’s legacy of building great communities and customer experiences. Today, Charlie serves as an advisor to current president, Michael Lorenz.
Sr VP Sales & Marketing
Erin joined the Conner Homes team in August, 2019. She provides leadership to the sales and marketing team, and operational support to the entire division. Erin holds a bachelor’s degree in English from UCLA. She has over 30 years’ experience in the home building industry, most recently as Division President of Century Communities Washington, and most notably at Quadrant Homes (Weyerhaeuser), where she spent 16 years.
VP of Land Acquisition and Development
Aron is responsible for entitlements, directs civil design to permits and final plat processing. He joined Conner Homes in 2014. He graduated from University of Wisconsin with a degree in history and a certificate in Real Estate Development from University of Washington.
VP of Construction and Purchasing
Scott has been a part of the construction industry for over 20 years both in Washington State and Colorado. He holds a degree from Western State College in Colorado. Scott started with Conner Homes in 2002, and after a stint of owning and operating his own general contracting business, he has been back in various leadership roles since 2012.
Nick Schmal | Conner Homes Quality Assurance Manager
Nick has been intimately involved in the home building industry for over 20 years combining his skills in communications with his technical knowledge while serving as owner of his own company and as the customer care/quality control manager for Crescent Homes, Charter Homes, and most recently, Conner Homes since 2013.
Nic joined the Conner Homes team as Controller in 2021, with 5 prior years in the homebuilding industry. He brings a strong background with degrees in Accounting as well as Business Administration. Additionally, Nic is an Active CPA – obtaining his Certification in 2018.
