An interest list is an exclusive opportunity to secure a place in line for a new community opening. By adding your name, you will receive updated information about the community at key timelines, including floor plans, exterior renderings, features, and invitations to VIP Sneak Peek events.

A reservation is a nonbinding way to select the homesite/home of your choice until the time we are ready to release it for sale. A $5,000 reservation is required to hold it for you. Once we release the homesite/home, you will be “first in line” for that specific homesite/home.

Once we release the price of the home and estimated completion date, you will have 3 business days to decide if you want to move forward with a purchase agreement. Should you decide not to, your reservation deposit will be returned in full. If you do move forward with a purchase, your $5,000 will be applied to your earnest money.

Not all communities offer reservations; some go immediately to sale.

It’s easy! Just complete the form that states “Join Interest List” on the website for the community you are interested in. By providing your contact information, the sales representative will be in immediate contact with you to answer questions and schedule a day and time to meet. You can also call (888) 302-1252.

Your reservation lasts until we release the home/homesite for sale or 90 days, whichever date is sooner.

At any time during the reservation, you may cancel and receive a full refund of the deposit.
