A history of distinction.
The Conner family has been building homes and neighborhoods in the Northwest since 1959. Over that time, we have built nearly 6,000 homes, including single-family homes, condominiums, and apartments. Home prices range from very affordable to highend. Regardless of price, every Conner home has much in common: extensive pre-planning, market research, meticulous field supervision, exacting attention to detail, careful cost control and superior after-sale service.
Energy conservation and affordable housing are important issues for today’s homebuyers. In planning a new Conner home, our team carefully analyzes the highest and best use of many different materials, construction techniques and overall design.
Building a Conner home requires a team of professionals. Architects, engineers and other skilled consultants assist Charlie Conner and our dedicated staff. Together, we have created an impressive portfolio of successful neighborhoods.
